Life on hit doesnt proc while channeling dance of knives please fix it its making dance of knives unplayable + the spellbound set its entirely not functioning

Life on hit worked fine for me all the up to torment 7. Maybe it was fixed at some point? The set unfortunately still doesnt work though… Yay…
