If a game that sold 10 million copies in just 15 weeks following a worldwide launch of a well-known brand from a reputable company can’t even attract 500 viewers worldwide, it’s safe to say that a significant portion, perhaps as much as 90%, of its player base has likely moved on for good. Many feel deceived after investing a substantial amount of money in this game, which was by no means inexpensive. Blizzard promised an incredible endgame experience that would keep players engaged for years, but it appears that those promises were empty a lie, a flat out lie

D4 frequently has less interest than WC3 reforged on twitch. It’s dead.
Of course there will never be zero players, as there’s always some small group of people that like any game. But it has no mainstream interest after only 2-3 months, which is a huge failure for a AAA flagship IP release from a (formerly) hype studio.
I have stopped everything. I barely even check these forums lmao. Pretty soon, I won’t even come here. GLTA who are still playing.
Whether it’s dying or not it FEELS dead to me. Hopefully, it turns around in Season 3. I fear S2 will suffer the same problems as S1 since both seasons were done before the game was released.

I don’t disbelieve it’s a good game but i want to be able to take off in my ship and fly into space like in SC or NMS. Or fly over… idk… THERE… If i can’t do that i’m very disappointed. I’m not expecting to fly to the sun obviously or anything lol but yeah…
