This has been happening since beta, reported by many folks. Game Freezes/Crashes GPU fans screaming when opening specific UI Elements - June 2023
I guarantee you the issue is people sitting in town on vendor screens, which is very common practice in an ARPG. They need to shutdown the 3d models on the vendor screens.
