Why is it that there is no way to open a ticket?
This is absolutely ridiculous. All of the problems of an online game, and none of the benefits of actual support.
This is actually tilting af. My game crashed with zero error messages. Straight to desktop, immediately after the escalation sigil started. Now the sigil is gone, and I just have to eat crow because there is absolutely ZERO support for in game issues.
Corporate greed at it’s finest.
