Critical Strike Damage Tempering

Vuln appears on Rogue Cutthroat Temper.

Lol. It should be a bug that all classes can’t temper something as common as crit and vuln damage.

six you mean

OT:

wouldnt be a problem if stuff like BI(Burning Instinct) on sorc would work with pyro critdmg. but it just works with generic crit dmg. And other classes have this as well.

Tempering needs alot of tweaks still, and those Nodes as well.

I’m not doing this cause I don’t cheat :stuck_out_tongue:

I play hardmode where I can only do what I can do on one class baby!

ā€œcheatā€ lmao. Every class can roll crit damage on weapons but only rogues can temper it. It’s obviously an oversight with tempering since tempering is new. I’d bet next season there’s a tempering manual with all the damage types available to all classes. I guess, according to your Karen logic, we’d all be cheating at that point though.

My Karen logic is flawless thank you very much. I bet you also hate ketchup! Can’t be trusted…

As much as it was making a sorc to enchant lhc on a helmet.

Or in other words - not at all.

Rogue has vuln, or I thought it did.

We trying to return to the simpler days where everyone stacked crit + vuln? That was pretty much the only 2 stats you needed at launch and they were so powerful that they got nerfed so hard the everyone still ended up chasing crit + vuln because they are still the most powerful damage sources in the game.

If only other damage types really mattered in this game m.

wait isn’t temper only supposed to be only this season?

instead of making it a generic temper they should just ban all the cheaters using a rogue to get it on their barb ;-p

you guys are just lucky they didnt lock the crit tempering to say ā€œrogue onlyā€ (enabled power only if equip’d on a rogue character)…

wait, who am i kidding, these devs cant put that complex logic into the game at item level… hah

No its permanent and is in eternal right now

We have no choice but to chase crit and vulnerability because they took away increased damage on Tuesday. Then, they put a bunch of useless affixes on the tempering manual. It’s like two steps forward, one step back. They really need to make up their mind. They should begin by counter-nerfing the crit and vulnerability on weapons as they did in season 1.

Their version of balancing maybe it’s the Rogue that gets the buff this time around.

Any non-thunderstruck druid deals damage only because of crit damage (envenom + class trait that have crit damage multipliers) so those builds are unplayable without crit damage tempers. For those builds crits do at least 10x more damage than normal attacks in most cases… So we’re talking about like 90 % of damage coming from crits.

Yeah this was pretty dumb, when me and my group of friends found out there was crit damage tempering but only on the rogue we were like ā€œwtf?ā€ lmao. Either change it to something else or give crit damage temper option to all classes yeah.
