I was masterwork upgrading the 4th (25% increase) time and on two of my jewelry items got “critical strike chance” as the random selection.
On both of them they got the blue color but now are on the very low end of the critical chance range 7.0% now (7.0% - 8.4% ring) and 8.4 (8.4% - 11.2% amulet)
Neither of them were on the bottom end before this upgrade. If I’m not mistaken both were within .5 % or at the top end of range previously.
I will likely reset these since I didn’t want that upgrade but it’s very strange that the outcome changed the range. Almost all of my level 4 pulls were bad but at least the rest weren’t bugged.
Has anyone else seen this?
