At random points I am being disconnected from the Diablo IV servers, the only clear indicator this is happening is all enemies freeze and then a minute later the game attempts to reconnect and fails to do so. This has been happening for a little over a week now.
I have spoken to my ISP on 3 occassions to make sure this is not a line issue and no issue is present.
I have done this to attempt to resolve the issue:-
- Reset router off and on again 3 times as of currently
- I have uninstalled both Diablo IV and the Battle Net client 2 times in order to make sure there are no corrupted installation files
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU drivers to make sure there are no issues there
- Changed Ethernet cables (Type 6a always in use) to make sure there are no issues present in the cabling direct connection to the router in use.
- I have reconfigured my IP in Command Line.
- I have flushed my DNS in Command Line.
- Ran Event Viewer and Reliability Monitor and found now critical errors during times of disconnection.
7a) This also logs hardware errors to which NONE were found. - Made sure my NAT type is Open.
- uPnP is currently enabled.
- No other devices are experiencing problems on the network and no other games are currently facing this issue thus making it a Blizzard issue or a Diablo issue.
