After updating to the Season 11 “Season of Divine Intervention” patch, I noticed in my character list that some of my characters didn’t have armor on. I jumped in game to see what the issue was. After clicking around I realized that my Spectral cosmetic set is missing for all characters. I have the full set for every class:
- Barbarian - The Spectral Legion
- Druid - The Spectral Wraithguard
- Necromancer - The Spectral Sepulcher
- Rogue - The Spectral Shiver
- Sorceror - The Spectral Phantom
- Spiritborn - The Spectral Undercroft
I haven’t done a deep dive into what else is missing but I did spend quite a bit of money for these. Would like them restored or to have my money refunded.

Same Here! My Spiritborn is naked and cosmetics is Spectral Undercroft.
This cosmetics is the most expensive level at 2800 Platinum.
Please take this bug seriously.

I am also missing my spectral sets AND my spectral tiger mount which really pisses me off I want my cosmetics back or I want to be fully refunded the $100 i spent on them
