I am getting headaches from the blurry sides of my screen… any word about this issue? I tried turning off a bunch of video settings but nothing helps

I had the same, turned off the resolution scaling, problem went away

Edit: also increased resolution % to 150 and sharpness filter to 25, nice crisp image all the time as far as I can see

Came here to say the same thing - noticed blurry / fuzzy edges, very noticeable in the wardrobe section changing gear - if you aren’t sure, look at your character zoomed out, then look at their feet / legs - fuzzy.

Now, zoom in on their feet / legs and the blurry / fuzzy edges become crisp because you’re zoomed in. Playing on 2560x1440 resolution Dell S3220 DGF & AMD 7900XTX - it was not this way before the expansion, so not sure what’s up?

Who had the great idea to add forced radial blur/camera distortion?

We’re aware and planning some changes to address this in the upcoming 2.0.3 patch. From Adam Fletcher X account: “We have a larger client patch (Patch 2.0.3) that will be next week that will hit on quite a few things. We will aim for notes early next week on these.”

There is some hope guys! With any look they will resolve the issue next week.

glad I found this thread and am not alone, didn’t find anything in the settings to disable it and it’s really annoying on a ultrawide 21:9 screen. Hope the fix comes with the patch next week! why was this added as default anyway? who asked for that? just awfully stupid.

Since the launch of Vessel of Hatred, the corners of the screen appear blurry

Since the launch of Vessel of Hatred, the environment is extremely blurry. Just the middle screen is good. More to the left or right side the blurry effect is worse and worse. Near to the display edge you can’t even look because it is like you have 10 diopters or more!

Graphics of Vessel of Hatred compare to previous game is more than horrible.
The problem is somehow screen resolution. If you set your Windows resolution to max resolution the result of the blurry game is very much better / not ideal but better. But if you have set any other resolution (e.g. recommended by OS) the game is really headache. The most worse is wardrobe appearance of you char is so blurry and fuzzy that you almost can’t dress up it.

Can’t play the game more than 30 mn since the start of VoH… i won’t go back still that genius visual idea can be toggle off or disapear for ever.
