Core vs Cutthroat Temper & Bow tempers for Flurry

Three questions I have that came up when I had a bow to temper. First off I use Flurry, never even touch my Basic ever. If I want a Temper to improve Flurry, I see Core & Cutthroat would be the same damage % range. Is there a difference if I select one or the other?

Second, Core & Cuthroat do 45-65%, but Critical Strike damage does 62-85%. I have a 95% Crit chance. Would it be better if I just do Crit damage? My Crit damage is currently at 1000% where my Core % is 338%.

Third, when I temper a bow as a Flurry Rogue, do the temper affixes affect?

Damage per Dark Shroud shadow is better than those.

Yes, the bow basically becomes a stat stick.
