I have a fully masterworked Tal Rasha ring with GA Cooldown affix @ 21%, when equipped by itself my status show 21% cooldown reduction. I also have a GA cooldown harlequin crest with 54% cooldown, when equipped by itself my stats show cooldown reduction of 54%
When equipped together? 63.9% cooldown reduction. I’m no mathemetician but something’s not right here as I should be at the 75% cooldown cap with both items equipped. I’ve worked hard to get everything i needed to get to the max cooldown reduction so this is very disheartening to me

I am having the same issue. I have a Focus at 15.6, Tal’s at 15.6 and HC at 44 for a total of 75.2% CDR. When I add each of them individually, they each show the proper CDR percentage. When I add the Focus and Tal’s it returns 28.8 (should be 31.2). When I add the HC, it show 60.1% (should be 75.2).
This means the statistics display is either not accounting for Master Working improvements or worst case it’s not applying the Master Working improvements and I’m missing 15.1% CDR.
I have done additional testing. I have a non master worked equipment starting with helm at 6% CDR, a Tal’s at 6% CDR and a Focus at 7.5% CDR. Total that should be 19.5% CDR.
When I add the Ring, only, 6%, when I add the focus 13% total CDR in stats (should be 13.5%) when I add the helm stats 18.3% total CDR (should be 19.5% total CDR). I am missing 1.2% Total CDR in statistics.
This shows it has nothing to do with Master Working as none of the items in the second round of testing are Master Worked.
@Blizzard, this post was made 10 days ago, and the issue still persists. Why are we not seeing a reply?
