I am done. If the connections issues cannot be solved then why would anyone give you their money. I will not be getting VoH. I will spend my money on POE, as I have been this past year because of the connection issues. Blizzard… wth? The game is amazing, If I could feel confident my time isn’t wasted DCing at a NM boss or in the middle of anything I would be throwing my money at you.
I’d say the one you need to direct your anger to is your ISP.

Sure it does. Have winMTR traces to the servers or looking glass back showing it is all good? Just because a particular ISP has great download speed doesn’t mean it has good peering to the google cloud instances D4 uses or some other problem.
Follow the tests and figure out where the issue really is. Given hundreds of thousands of players aren’t having the issue it points back to something affecting YOU and that would be your ISP and their peering.

My apologies for the delay, I had to step away for a bit. I am far from ‘techie’ so I will do my research on what this means, how to find a safe place to get it, how to implement it and perhaps how to understand the results (if its anything like like modding Starfield outside the CC it will be interesting).
I like this game and I have no issues with connection on FF14,WOW,POE,New World, every shooter, etc. So, I am not sure why D4 requires extra steps but, again, I am not techie. I will try this Greek-for-now stuff and return…
