Hello Blizzard Support and Community,
I’m reaching out here because I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Diablo IV account, and the two support tickets I’ve submitted have only received automated responses that did not address or resolve the problem.
Yesterday (May 9, 2025), I submitted a ticket reporting the complete disappearance of all information related to my main character in Diablo IV. Today, I received a notification stating the issue was “resolved,” but unfortunately, nothing has changed.
The response I received seems to be unrelated to my original report, and my main character is still missing, along with all their progress and items.
Here’s what is still missing:
- My main character: spiritborn level 60 (not to be confused with my spiritborn level 10 named secondtry).
- All items associated with that character: gear, gems, materials, and several high-value and rare items.
- All progress tied to the character, including:
- Progress in the expansion campaign.
- Acquired and unlocked runes.
- Mercenaries and their equipment/progress.
- Any character-specific progress (renown levels, map discoveries, etc.).
I understand that support may be handling a large number of cases, but losing my main character — along with countless hours of progress and rare items — is extremely frustrating.
Please, I kindly ask that you reopen my case, conduct a thorough investigation, and restore all lost data and progress to my account as soon as possible.
