I’m trying a companion druid featuring werewolves and mad wolf glee chest, and it fails to work because companion skills, which are not shapeshifting skills, shift to human form, thus dropping all benefits of wolf or bear form for a time. As a result, the build is powerful but seriously squishy. When wearing a MWG chest, wolf form needs to stay up all the time unless an actual shapeshifting skill is invoked, or things just won’t work. Note also that the wolf skill does acquire the werewolf tag when using alpha aspect, and so should not shift out of (were)wolf form, but shifts to human anyway.
