I would be shocked if it was delayed again
It would be rather detrimental to the community to put up with more s3, its dead as it is
I am so tired of you. The PTR was done over a month in advance so Blizzard can get things in order. POE2 beta was starting the beginning of June but got delayed. I think they were trying to make the game better before the Beta of POE2.
They have over a month to fix it. I think it will be on time.

I vote for no further delay. Otherwise we will play a season before the add-ons are released.
I also think that one month is more than enough for blizzard to process the most important feedback. After all, this is not an indie developer. They should have enough resources.
100% agree it will be delayed.
I’ve said this since Launch season 0 and will say it again. Diablo fans will be hard pressed to see more than 2-3 season per year. 3 just feels like a stretch if you ask me.

It would be nice if they took their time and balanced everything. Although I think they realize that most people are excited because of the broken builds. So I expect it to be on time with broken builds.

Diablo has always been a game with broken builds. They could’ve easily changed that during the closed beta. I am a fan of broken builds. It’s on par with the entire franchise. I am ok with broken builds. You can choose not to play it if you don’t like it as the Dev’s have said previously in relation to other things like “snapshotting”, which imho is shocking that nobody is even talking about.
It is very odd that we are about a month away from the alreadt delayed start of season 4 and Blizzard hasn’t even set a campfire or anything to officially release the theme of season 4. By this time in all previous season Blizzard had already accounced the new seasonal theme, so I’m guess this is a stall to yet delay the start of season 4 again sadly.
I think it will be ON TIME.
I want them to get things just right though so if it delays further, fine.
There were a few nastier bugs and balance surely needed to be taken another look
That being said is possible but don’t think it would take that long so I vote on time also

Majority of posts on these forums are moot. We’re just a bunch of guys and gals sitting around the water cooler talking about random things at any given time.
We are asking if it will be delayed again. We can let this post die. Nobody cares.

When are they going to officially introduce the theme of season 4? Does anyone else think it is odd season 4 theme hasn’t officially been announced or a campfire hasn’t been scheduled for the introducion/release of the theme? 
Not odd at all given their history of releasing the theme of their seasons. We already got the announcement for the announcement of when the campfire will be. So now we just have to wait.
We want to thank everyone for spending time in the DiabloIV PTR giving us feedback throughout the testing period and in the days after the PTR closed. The team has been combing through all of your feedback and has been heads down making the key changes in time for Season 4.
We are excited that we could focus the majority of the season on your feedback and the PTR held barely anything back. There are still a few small items that we kept in store that will round out the season and we look forward to everyone jumping into the full season next month.
We plan on discussing that along with the other changes based off player feedback from the PTR in an upcoming stream. We will have more news and dates for that stream soon!
This is typical for D4 news. They’ll quite literally make an announcement saying it’s coming soon, then they’ll announce a date for the announcement for when the campfire is, then that announcement will say what date the campfire is, then we have the campfire.
Example:
Coming Soon tweet
Announcement of campfire date coming on May 2nd tweet (we’ll probably see this next week)
May 2nd rolls around - Announcement that campfire will be on May 9th at 11 AM PST
May 9th rolls around - Campfire with S4 theme and other stuff they want to talk about

I doubt it’s gonna be delay again, some of these stuff will be baked into the D4 expansion, anything changes now will have to be change for the Expansion as well. So I doubt they will spend more resources (aka money) to change more things right now.
