Sarcasm aside I am happy you’re adding in Belial as he was a fun boss fight in D3 for me at least.

Like the new reliquary system also as that lets us just chose what we want.

Somehow, they forgot to mention anything about the change in difficulty or loot scarcity.

In case you missed this.

Looks good, but can you show more of the Berserk collab? We only saw Guts at the end. I hope it’s also actual content.

Anyway, that new Boss reminds me of one of the Skyrim Daedra

The battle pass revision sounds unnecessarily complicated. Which probably means they’re trying something underhanded and scummy to pull more money out of players. Not looking forward to that change.

My bet is that after everything is said and done, we’ll be paying more than $10 bucks to unlock what we use to.

Personally I had no issues with the current system. People that couldn’t figure it out aren’t going to have it any easier with this new system.

I was reading it and its confusing AF.

So we have 3 reliquaries to unlock and the battlepass with 1000 unlocks 4 of them? and the premium for !!!2800!!! its BP + relyquary but includes only wings? wth am I looking at

The way I see it, if you do the bundle, it’s 10 bucks, and it unlocks all reliquaries. So I think that is pretty much the same. The deluxe is 28 and gives you wings and a special owl pet. I don’t know if it gives you bonus advancement of the rewards like the 25 dollar deluxe used to. I normally pay the $10 pass, but I am a sucker for wings and pets, so I may go with the deluxe. I’m a sucker and I know it.

Edit to add - looks like there are at least 3 pets to get - on in Beasts, one in season Journey, and one with Deluxe pass.

Or what? You’ll make another veiled empty threat?

On some of the other things - disappointed that “Destroyer” on the Season Journey requires T IV when they said they only wanted 10% of players to get there.

What do you think? I won’t be playing it, if it’s only gonna be about shop cosmetics :man_shrugging:t2:

This isn’t a good patch if you didn’t like the PTR.

  • Further progression slow down because no XP buff in blessings anymore. Note, however, obducite and glyphs see an increase. This isn’t likely to offset the problems with these due to the general progression nerfs of this patch.
  • No mention of any changes to the boring and unrewarding season event. It was a net negative to do during leveling on the PTR.
  • Boss power nerfs were to powers only. This means if you don’t element match with the respective classes, many powers will feel absolutely terrible.
  • On the plus side, you get slightly more items in the boss lair higher tiers. However, this change is just to incentivize players to do the bosses on the much harder higher tiers rather than chain speed farm them in lower tiers.
  • While not noted in blue, some of the class aspects/uniques got minor buffs. Note, however that most of the complaints were around base functionality of many of these items, and that seems unchanged. The Necro sword, for instance, is still likely to be unused.

If the collab isn’t content, then you won’t be playing the collab anyway. So… nonsense reply. Got it.

Pets and all are nice, but are there really no further changes to items/skills, etc? Feels kinda bad. Or is there another blogpost right after the next developer chat to show those changes?

Well, I am rly excited about a Berserk collab in Diablo, I might even buy something, but thing is that if all they do is adding a guts skin, it’d just be lame, because Berserk collabs are extremely rare in general.

At least they could add guts as a mercenary, add a quest, or something similar

See that was not conveyed in your original reply… it just came off as one more person trying to futilely tell Blizzard what to do. Don’t get me wrong… someone needs to tell them what to do… that energy doesn’t really contribute anything productive to the forums though.

Anyhow i’m glad it’s exciting for you and i hope they give you a good surprise with some interesting gameplay.
