Community manager says they are investigating the mythic droprates.

Rah ro! What happens if it was still broken? I used 100 keys. Do I get key refund? This seems super bad but at least we got an update.

They probably forgot to enable mythics within the patch, it reads mythics=0, when it should be mythics=1

Honesty and transparency would be an important start.

*Insert item* has a frequent chance to grant X Stacks vs Item has a 75% chance to grant X Stacks

Nemesis lair has a low chance to spawn after opening a horde chest vs nemesis lair has a 5% chance to spawn after a chest

These kinds of wordings paired with being able to back then up drastically increases player trust.

Nah. Blizzard will find him easily at turn 1. They will however lose him again at turn 2. Then catch a glimpse at turn 3. Forget his existence at turn 4. Make a $39.99 bigfoot skin at turn 5.

the patch was already too late… the damage was already done.

and now they need to patch the patch? most people will probably have moved on.

just spent 120 keys and got crap (litteraly scrapped everything i got)
that was my last effort for this season. so even if they “fix” the crap, i won’t be seeing it
