So this has happened over 20 times and has caused me to restart nightmare dungeons/loss out on key.
Climbing up ladders/cliff etc you get stuck at the top and not able to move forward. Usually you can go back down, sometimes you can backtrack a way and come back and your able to progress. Other times it just won’t work and that’s when you have to just leave and restart. If you teleport and come back, you will still be stuck. Like I said this is a very common and annoying issue and this is the first time I ran into it.
