Client Disconnected from Server results in inventory wipe

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

I was playing Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred on Play Station 5 and was disconnected from the server with the following error message “Client Disconnected from server” This while I was doing Tormented Duriel boss runs as a result of this disconnect from the server, I lost a full inventory of items including the mythic unique item Heir of Perdition and a collection of runes from doing around 15 to 20 boss fights.

Ps5 has been very laggy here of late.

I also keep getting the same error and crash. It’s been like that for a few days, and it’s multiple times a day. I’ve lost so many mats from this issue. I haven’t figured out a solution. :confused:

Also haven’t worked out a solution, I raised an IT ticket through Blizzard Support and they more or less said wait for a developer to get to working on it.
