Just logged in and downloaded Patch 2.2.3. Whenever I hit play it keeps giving error 395002 that my character is not finished saving. Have not played in a couple days so not sure why it is doing it. thank you.

Same, on PS5, unable to login due to same error.
Yesterday also after patch there was a glitch where being idle on Character Screen suddenly displayed a Dialog which said that I deleted my character and if I want to restore it. Clicked yes, and had 2 characters with the same name, one the original and one lvl1. Very strange glitches happening.
Exact same issue for me - on PC. I haven’t played for more than a day, and I’m getting the error code 395002.

Having same issue after not being on in a couple of weeks did update and now cannot play. Error code 395002. Even tried scanning and fixing and still not working. Did send a ticket in as well have not heard anything as of yet.

So I did some deep digging for you, let me explain what’s going on!
This error occurs after too many consecutive login attempts. It can also happen if you are suddenly disconnected from the server. Try waiting 5-10 minutes before attempting to log back in. This allows the server more time to update your account’s status.

I did reply back and let them know that it was not from too many tries to log in and I was not playing them game to get logged out. So will try to keep you informed.
This just popped up at the top of my Blizzard launcher…“We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.”
Thanks Dobber just checked mine and it now has this on my launcher as well.
