The RMT/duper burner accounts/bots are getting desperate. Not like another reason is needed to put them out of business.
PTR Feedback is for S10 new content. I don’t believe those doing the PTR are really concerned with trading items.
Well you figure if you can’t find the specific Chaos Armor you’re looking for, making them tradeable would be beneficial for those people in the long run. “Hey I have this piece in this slot, trade you for that piece in that slot, or gold, or whatever.” The issue is more so the combination of uniques that you can get now. 1 Unique turns into 4 or 5 different uniques. You may go the whole season and not see Banished Lord’s Talisman turn into a Helmet for example, which would complete your build so to speak.
Just throwing out possibilities mind you. I could easily see the scenario above happening and people complaining they aren’t getting the ‘right piece’.
I could complain Bosses only gave me Seligs and Doombringers this season when I was needing a Shroud. I could complain I didn’t manage to get an Azurewrath with a decent main stat.
Anyone can complain for not getting the exact gear he wants but, most of the time in this game, what we manage to find during a season is enough.
You might have guessed that I am OK for Chaos items to be account bound.

Didn’t people complain about the rarity of Mythic items when they were first released? Did you not complain about the rarity then either?

it was sure as **** that you would have to grind (really boring bosses you bought mats for) a really long time to get the chaos uniques you want.

Hahahah. This was a good read. Pulling in the people who dont read but just like to bag on the game and just agree with stupid trolls without thinking.
I don’t want to ever see Ahavarion, Nesekem, or Shattered Vow drop for my rogue so smart loot has its upside.
You can do Undercity with Chaotic Uniques bargain if you want to get off class uniques. I often do Tribute of Titans or Refinement with it.
Clearly skill issue, I got my perfect chaos armors already. 
There are versions that are not account bound.

Too rare to get the one you want. When you do get one, it’s not the one you want.
maybe they will let us use the ocultist to rip off the chaos ability into a clickable scroll to apply to another slot 
After defeating one of my last Pit Bosses a very very rare mini chaos collector goblin pet dropped 
. It was giggling. Gnihihihi and i did not understand. But quickly the corners of my mouth curled upwards and I laughed and laughed and I understood. At this point, chaos had already taken hold of me.
