Can't use final temper attempts on items

I can’t temper past 1/7 on items or 2/9 on other items.

Same here. The scrolls are not working anymore. Trying to temper for meteor. Maybe tomorrow.

I saw the same. The final chance for temper can’t be used when it has only 1/7 left. Every time I click the temper, the window closes and rejects me.
