Can't upgrade my gems - there is no quest at 20 to increase gems

Im currently playing the new season (S4) and I was trying to get my gems at higher ranks, but there is no option in the NPC.

I’ve read that I need to get a quest from Kratia, the jawelcrafter at Kyovashad at level 20. But im level 41 and there is no quest.

I just can create the basic chipped gems.

Is anyone with the same problem?

AFAIK, “normal” gems are now a LV 50 item. You won’t see royal gems until LV 91 I believe. The level requirements went waaaaaaaaaaaaaay up.

This ^ They changed them to be level based.

Oh I didn’t find this information anywhere… will try to get 50 and see what it happens.
