Hey i bought the Vessel of Hatred Deluxe Edition via Steam and can’t upgrade to the Ultimate Edition. It always say i need Vessel of Hatred for that and i already bought it obviously.
Steam support directs me to Blizzard support and Blizzard support say they cant help me i have to do a bug report. Obviously more player have that isssue and i found not a single post who anyone replied to. So i hope maybe this time we can fix the error so i can buy that ultimate Edition. Im waiting the last 14 days now…

Seems like this problem is just being ignored… I’m starting to get mad, I want my 30 euros gone, and enjoy some angelic wings ffs…
Same issue here, on Steam keep showing this message : Your transaction failed because you are trying to buy ‘Diablo® IV: Vessel of Hatred™ - Deluxe to Ultimate Edition Upgrade’ which requires ownership of ‘Uninitialized’. Please correct the error and try again.

When we find more people maybe they do anything against this Steam bugs. I mean they offer it via Steam and trough this we have a bunch of bugs. I can’t reply to people without adding them to my friends list. Thats a massive bug for trading ingame and destroying the game a little bit.

I hope that this problem get fixed soon i dont feel like anyone try to help us. I play your games since 2012-2013 and never felt so invisible to your support. Maybe its time to stop playing Blizzard Games…
