same, bought ultimate edition
It does say that. Once again, some insane marketing executive strikes again at Blizzard. Why would any company, wanting to have a good reputation, wait 2 weeks after their new product launches to give access to those who bought it through a promotion?
It’s like they’re begging me to stop spending money with them.
Irrelevant, a lot if not most of us have a free pass remaining from the original Ultimate Edition.

But when I click on it Error 700004 pops up, very frustrating.
Same here. I purchased the pass through the game (PS5) but I can’t use it. I spent $60 to get enough for it. Isn’t this robbery?

I’m having the same issue here as well purchased the battle pass can access it so I hope they reimburse us for this because this is absolutely ridiculous
Having same issue i love the fact that isn’t a single blue tracker or post on this at all.
Its almost like they don’t read the forums or wait they don’t.
I hope and pray microsoft fires and hires devs that care about this game.

Same here on the PS5 bought Ultimate ed through PSN store and nothing, says it’s 1 battle pass to activate but getting the error 700004. This is a serious scam both from Blizzard and PSN since this buying the Ult Ed and not getting the B-Pass has been going on for long if I would have known this I would have bought BG3 instead. Anyone thinking to go beyond regular complain and bring it to something like Consumers Department ( it’s better if more will do so ).

me too - paid for diablo IV ultimate and no possible to have the premium service
I can’t either on Xbox Series X. We were told we could save our pass for the next season.

Same. Purchased the ultimate edition upgrade this season, and can’t use pass.

They must have fixed it- i could activate it this morning
No they haven’t I still cannot activate it, you must be loved by Blizzard then XD
