This is now going on the second season where I can not access any of the cosmetics or skins that I have purchased. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, renewing the licenses, tried creating multiple characters and nothing works. It is getting ridiculous. I cant even access the wardrobe, i click on it in game and it does absolutely nothing. This needs to be fixed
Also forgot to add that it is not just the wardrobe. I can not access Reliquaries or the Shop either. Nothing dealing with cosmetics is working. I am playing on PS5. Another part is when I go to log out of the game, it just leaves my character in world but makes it so I can’t do anything and I have to force close the app to actually be able to quit.
