Cannot turn in quest “the fledging merchant” and “daughter of the oak” in Cerrigar both side quests. Once i go into town the points disapear. When i am out of town i can see the turn in but disapears each time going into town. Tried relogging and relaunching the game.

Im having the same issue, i tried abandoning the fledgling merchant after i gathered everything thinking i could pick it back up. but now it just won’t appear for me anymore. daughter of the oak i have the same issue as you but i dont want to abandon that one. I tried checking my game files and everything said it was fine. i havent tried uninstalling then reinstalling though.
may have found a possible fix, did you do the acts out of order? I happoened to do them out of order and repeated the chain of killing astoroth again and everything came back and i was able to turn in “daughter of the oak”.
How do you redo the “chain of killing astoroth” again?
Is that a quest title?
What act is that from? Act 2, I assume?
I’m not sure if I’ve killed Astoroth or not yet. I’ve been skipping a lot of dialog in this run. I’ll take my time in my next run.

i have exactly the same problem. I didnt complete act 2 yet. I cant find a bug report in game. Does anyone know how to report this?

Just like so many others I’m having the same issue here. I guess I’ll just skip it and come back to it after I do some other stuff I guess…

Same issue cant resolve this quest
Hey, just came across this bug too. Left the tier1 game I was in while in city.
Upon new game tier 2 (don’t know if relevant), I logged in the correct city the quest “daughters of the oak” was visible and I did complete it.
I’m suffering the same bug
Chiming in to say that I, too, am having this bug. I can clearly see the turn in from outside the city, but inside the city it is gone.

This is my exact issue right now. The only thing I can think of that might have caused it is that I’m taking it slow and haven’t completed act 2 but I did play with a friend that was past that.
I had this and another quest in the same area bug out like this. Both started working after I completed Act 2.
I’m just adding a “me, too”. Admittedly, during Act 2, I have been helping my husband on his act 3/4 stuff (joining his party, helping to kill the boss he is having problems with, then leaving the party and going back to my quests), so I could be having the issue of “not doing it in order”
I figured out the issue. And yes, it seems like the devs never tried testing out all the different orders for completing quests. This is some kind of bug related to needing to finish act 4.
So whomever is reading this thread… finish the main quest line until you’re done with act 4 and then you should be able to turn in all these quests.
