I preordered VOH on Xbox. I successfully installed the addon and was able to create and play a Spiritborn. Im currently progressing through the VOH main quest as a Spiritborn. But when I try to purchase the Devourer’s Venom set in the in-game shop using Platinum, is says VOH is required to purchase, and wont let me. I also tried to purchase the set using the web store. It says that I am ineligible…
I used to play on PC, but now I exclusively play on Xbox. I dont plan on purchasing VOH for PC, but maybe thats why my account says its ineligible?
