To be fair they have not had a LOT of downtime/outages, just sucks when they do happen
When the game is working I am very involved and excited. However the game is constantly lagging, freezinf, and losing connection. This has been happening since the Betas. Please fix and tell us you are working on this problem. I paid $100 for this game. Please fix this problem.

The same in germany.
I hat the same problem yesterday morning, a relog helped.
-edit- After a scan and repair and reboot of the launcher i’m now ingame after an 8 min., login queue.
this is crazy…hour ago it shows up no licence error…now you shows me waiting time 30min…refund pls…

Like many previously mentioned. I am unable to login and queue just keeps increasing on me.

I’ve tried everything I know to try to troubleshoot this issue…
But I keep getting the same response…

While in the top right corner of my screen a message from the developer team at Blizzard that they’re working on it….
I’m getting more and more fed up, frustrated, annoyed, disgruntled, disappointed and angry at myself for paying $100 for a game that is always having one sort of an issue or problem or another…
Either I can’t log in to play…
Or I’m stuck in an endless queue waiting forever…
Or once I do get in to play I have major issues with the gameplay itself…lagging, invisible barriers or the rubber band effect…
Or if I am playing and everything seems to be fine it boots me off for absolutely no reason…
I have many things I could go on about with this obviously busted and broken game but I’ll share you another one of my rants…lol
I really want to love this game but they’re not making it easy to do…!!!

Update - my queue is going down quickly.

Just got in. Took over 20 minutes.

I tried to play today which is the start of season 1 and was able to play for like 30min before I was unable to leave a basement with endless loading screen.
After restarting the game, I’m put on an endless queue that never moves past 2min, even though more than 1h passed.
This is the quality a 100 euros videogame gets me? XDD
