Cannot interact with Glyphstone

Pit Glyphstone uninteractable

I made a second character on the PTR to test some stuff and leave my first character alone but for some reason after completing a pit run when clicking on the glyphstone to upgrade glyphs the interface never opens. I know I can just max out glyphs at the PTR vendor but that doesn’t really tell me if the build is viable or how far it can push without maxed glyphs. Please look into this before the PTR ends.
