Was always tomorrow, western hemisphere just got the bonus benefit of timezones

According to dictionary shortly means … “at some logical time within several hours.” Soon “has no specific timeframe.”
For Blizzard to leave customers waiting in the dark for this long with no response on a product they have paid for in full is insane to me. I am a customer service manager, and I would be hemmed up in my industry if i did this to a customer. Let us know what the issues are with the product you sold us and what actions you are taking to correct them. Progress towards those goals is a win for everyone very easy to share. Very simple common courtesy for your customer base. This was my very first Diablo game. Great experience!

I’d likely be fired if I handled a thing like this the same way. But… I can’t imagine they are accustomed to caring too much about their piggy banks, so long as they can shake some change out of us at the end of the day.

For the amount of time you will probably have to wait those hot pockets will probably kill you. Nutrition and Hotpocket should not be in the same sentence

LOL exactly what I was going to say . They will never get it . They dont realize people are not mad at the delay they are mad at the total lack of respect for peoples time. If you have an issue causing a delay give a time frame and move on if it becomes apparent you wont make that time frame simply give another update !! It takes all of 30 seconds to post in the forum the current status.
So umm guys I figured out why they let us get a free month of game pass for the 60 dollar and up version. So that we all have something to do while waiting on this abomination of a maintenance!
