The way chain lightning works right now, it’ll be super broken. You’d have to remove tempers with the lucky hit chance which in return would hurt a lot the other sorc builds. I mean you proc chain lightning which jumps from char to char and explodes. What’s the problem with it? The fancy pants of the build (axial conduit) scare with chain lightning’s rank.
