Can Tempering stop ruining hard to find top tier legendary items already?!

Tempering and MWing are both getting changes next season. They haven’t given us any details as to how yet, but they did mention the next PTR will feature these changes.

Future Changes?

S11 PTR will be very important for people to test out. We are planning on making changes in regards to Masterworking and Tempering. We’ll be discussing this later when we get into the details of the S11 PTR.
