As the title asks, is it even possible for spiritborn to hit 1B without a witch power bug? I am running quill volley overpower with 12k life, 294 resource, 2k dex. My glyphs are 91-92 (Fulminate, Hubris, Revenge, Spirit, Talon). Currently my average damage is around 150-200M… is there something I am missing or is this where it tops out in season 7?
I am not sure if its a bug or not but might need to look at Razor wings build this season.
