Can someone address or acknowledge this black screen problem from the moderators

I apologize but please do provide some answers to this.

It became worst after the patch, now when the players TP,= black screen

I DID NOT PAY FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. sigh*

I am also having this issue. Doesn’t even seem to be acknowledged by them.
