I don’t think anyone has a problem with “only 10% can do tippy top tier endgame”,

I do. There are quite a few posts from frustrated players on the forums that can’t access T4 right now.

My guess is this will force players into those “broken” builds if they want to get to the end of the game, best chance at loot, and any T4 goals.

If you lock fun season rewards like the raven between goals in Tier 4, even now it frustrates people who can’t get there with their builds.
