Campaign Angelbreath

I’m playing the campaign and I’m level 39 I can’t craft up my potion past the level 20 potion as I can not find angel breath in any usable amounts. I’ve found 2. Their are no helltides or nightmare dungeons in the campaign to collect them from the tool tip says from cellars but after running a dozen one yet to see 1. The only two I have are form the random plant spawn.

Am I missing some other method for getting these for crafting my potion as they made it required for every potion step.

I’ve been doing helltides since level 30 and I’m stuck at level 30 pots I’m at level 50 I need 70 angelbreath it’s not dropping from helltides chests events or cellaurs it’s making me angry

Same as me. Level 52 and stuck on level 30 potion. I think blizzard better get their act together because this is unreal
