The Storm Feathers spawned by Eagle Spirit skills don’t seem to benefit from the Jagged Plume glyph.
Since the skill is clearly spawning Storm Feathers, it makes sense that Jagged Plume’s bonus should apply. Hope this gets looked into or clarified. Thanks!
