When running the new season quest “Inside the Black Tomb” after the sarcophagus is opened and I receive the amulet I enter the sarcophagus dungeon before I get very far I get a system error that causes Diablo IV to shut down entirely.
I can run Nightmare dungeons and every other quest around without a problem. I have tried closing everything and rebooting my computer. Nothing seems to work. It is very frustrating walking through the opening section of this quest repeatedly to have it glitch and try to start over for the whole thing to repeat. Please assist.
This error did occur with another season quest, but I rebooted and was able to get through the quest on the third attempt so I thought it was fixed. However, I have tried “Inside the Black Tomb” at least 6 times to no avail.
