With frequent activation of the Ceh rune, all spirit wolves disappear and do not appear again. Apparently, some kind of limiter is triggered on their summoning.
Helps to leave or move from a location to another location, but this is temporary, since if you actively use this rune again, they will disappear again.

I Made a post in druid forum also and just saw another post related to this. I used Nagu-Ceh and Moni-Ceh and with both runes after some time spirit wolves just doesn’t Spawn anymore. You had succes with any combination that doesn’t bug the rune?
It also helps if you die or unequip and equip the item again but in pits you can’t do that and it punish really hard if You don’t have other vuln sources besides the wolves.
Devs need to fix this asap because it’s annoying…
