I just found out, that the Bonus of the Swift Conjurer Rare Node does not work.
Expected Behavior:
All in all with the Magic Nodes around it, the whole Attack Speed cluster on the Elemental Summoner board should give +15% Attack Speed.
Observed Behavior:
The whole cluster only gives +12.5% Attack Speed, where the bonus (+2.5% Attack Speed) of the Swift Conjurer Node does NOT count, even though I exceed the required Dexterity by a lot (I’m at 927/380 required Dex).
