Summary:
The “Aspect of the Tempest” (狂雷弹威能) has a cooldown display bug when imprinted onto equipment on PC. The max rank (21/21) codex states 1.5s cooldown, but it becomes 3.5s after imprinting.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Obtain the max rank (21/21) Aspect of the Tempest from the Codex of Power.
- The codex tooltip clearly shows the cooldown as “1.5 [3.5 - 1.5] seconds”.
- Imprint this aspect onto any piece of equipment.
- Check the imprinted equipment tooltip: the cooldown is now displayed as 3.5 seconds instead of the intended 1.5 seconds.
Expected Result:
The max rank (21/21) Aspect of the Tempest should retain its 1.5-second cooldown after imprinting, matching the codex description.
Actual Result:
After imprinting, the cooldown reverts to the base 3.5 seconds (non-max rank value), which severely reduces the aspect’s effectiveness for my Paladin build.
