BUG: “Fractured Peaks Wanderer” challenge remains stuck in the “Not Started” category, which means the “Estuar Wanderer” challenge cannot be completed and consequently it is impossible to get the 75G points Xbox Achievement “Estuar Sightseer”

Hello, I have a problem in Diablo IV on XBOX One with the challenge “fractured peaks wanderer”, which does not want to unlock and consequently the challenge “Estuar wanderer” does not unlock either which does not allow you to unlock the 75G Xbox achievement “Estuar Sightseer”. I also tried to make new characters, even Hardcore, but nothing. The problem is not in the areas, which as you can see from the attached screenshot are 74/74 highlighted in green, but in the fact that the challenge remains in the “NOT STARTED” category. And then the other question is: Why on the internet I found many tutorials in which 77/77 areas to discover are indicated and not 74/74? What does it mean? That the PC version has 3 more areas to discover, or that even for Xbox there are 77 but I would have to be a seer to find out?. Certain of your attention, I await your kind feedback. ps: I’ve already tried the forums, but nothing: who has 74, who has 76, who has 77. Could we clarify once and for all? Thanks.
