Hello,
I’m playing Diablo 4 on Xbox Series X and I’m encountering a persistent issue with the “Upgrade Healing Potion” priority quest.
On my first character, I used the level 50 boost, and the quest never completed – I understand that this is a known issue.
However, I created a second character with no boost at all, leveled up naturally, and the same bug is occurring:
• I upgraded my healing potion at levels 10, 20, 30, 45, and 60.
• I currently have the Greater Healing Potion (or higher).
• The quest still appears as active and won’t complete.
• I tried untracking/retracking the quest, talking to the alchemist again, progressing through the campaign, etc. – nothing helps.
It seems the bug may be tied to my Battle.net account globally, as it affects multiple characters even when the requirements are met.
I kindly ask if you could check this issue on my account and let me know if a manual completion is possible or if a fix is on the way.
