Buff the monsters instead of nerfing the classes. Where are the leader boards?

If you really want to “Balance” the Classes, it makes a lot more sense to find the class doing well without gimmicks or bugs and bring other builds and classes to that level of performance. And if they are over-performing buff the enemies. Yeah, buff the whole world and leave the good builds alone. My nature as a Master Mechanic for more years than most of the developers are old is, “If it’s not broken don’t fix it.” The class is not too strong. The world is too weak. Get one good build on every class. Then improve one more build per class until you have all good builds. And throw out the idea “Over powered” Make the world tougher. The mind set is fix all of it. No bad classes, no bad builds. And when you have a balance, if things cap out too fast raise the challenge. Make the world tougher. Just plus is a lot easier than +±–=-=++++x-=+±+, When the numbers get too big the minus is move decimal point. If you make a new build and it bombrs, oh well, we can go back to an old one. Make all new items Seasonal and only carry over the ones that perform properly. If an item breaks the game the thing to kill is that one item and not the class using it. If you want a Mistic item to be stronger give it better stats instead of buffing the class using it. No build should ever cap out below B tier. And every class should have at least 1 S tier build every time, all the time or what is the point of offering it. And Blizzard, please get off your dead asses and put up a working leader board with no hidden builds. THE FIRST ARPG leader board EVER!!! Diablo. So Where is it??? This is D4 plus 1 expansion. NO LEADER BOARD.

  • Balance classes by boosting underperforming builds to match successful ones, not by nerfing strong builds. If needed, increase world difficulty rather than adjusting builds.
  • Every class should have at least one S-tier build, with no build falling below B-tier. Improve one build per class until all are viable.
  • Seasonal items should only carry over if they work well, and broken items should be removed, not the builds using them.
  • Instead of buffing classes, buff items with better stats, and make adjustments simple rather than overly complex.
  • Blizzard needs to launch a proper ARPG leader board with no hidden builds.

It seems like a lot more work to buff a thousand builds and all monsters than to nerf a few dozen builds.

That said, it very much need to be both. Need/buff builds, and nerf/buff monsters.

If they are to buffing the monster, it will be harmful to the couch-casual-family-father players.
