For example if you want to level up glyph from 86 to 100, just speed farming pit 66~79. It’s honestly not that bad as a workaround.

i second this approach. just spend a day or two spamming the 8%/16%, and eventually will reach 100.

I agree.
Why are there 150 pit levels? Most players will never see 100+ at the current state of the game. => This should be the sign that pit scaling is too hard.
