Stop lying , I literally play game every 2nd day or so and there are many trade offers for boss summ mats(not hat I ever trade em, coz they are very abundant)
Also party finder of T3 bosses is super full and there are many groups.
Me and my mate done that in past wekk like for 2-3 days gaming sesions for many hours and once we opened party , instantly ppl joined. We were always 4, no matter what boss we did - it was quite fun, except all the reviving we had to do aaaaall the time 
We tried party finder on T2 two weeks ago and again so many ppl doing bosses. Talking about SC. HC is almost empty, only few of them there.
