Yes, I mentioned that in my original post too that I had portal out and back in and it fixed the graphic issue, but it only fixes it for that next run and reappeared every single time again when I killed him.
It’s extremely annoying to have to portal in and out 50x in a row after every kill to fix a graphic glitch.
