And yet I love the fact they went to D3 causal play route. The game allows me to be a parent and See the sun rather then no life like D2 ZoD rune hunting did.
Game is casual friendly and it’s going to succeed due to that as well as micro transactions.
Might not be the game for you anymore. That’s not a bad thing. Not everything is for everybody.
That’s all fine. What stinks however is all the feedback we’ve given to Blizzard since before release, which they repeatedly asked for btw, and it all got ignored. That feedback included D3 players as much as D2 btw. No one asked for this. That is all.

I just can’t understand this. And it is everywhere. Still doesn’t make it true as many other things. Just because there are a bunch of people saying it (and YouTubers in need of clicks) doesn’t make it a fact.
If you want a fact, here is one: I couldn’t stand D3 to a point that I left the game and trash talked about it.
Now I like D4. Especially since S4.
Maybe some of you have been playing since D3 non-stop and need to touch some grass…
d3 its a more decent game…its fun, relaxing.
d4 looks more than a job than anything else.
redo of the same is still nothing new. been playing since d1,d2,d3 and returned for d4. the d4 was the best with hope of moving on with all the expansion hype only to see again nothing new just back to redoing the same thing we had, and a combo “new class” thats just a cut/paste of old ideas , the monk was fun btw, and yes i even played a witch doctor. but the bottom line is 6 hours in ptr and i was done and bored out of my mind. best of luck ,moving on.
D3 was trash but at the end of the day who cares.
Blizzard bootlickers should stop fake narratives about everyone wanted D3. Nobody wanted it. Tbh when this forum was not dead as now, for posting some nonsense as “BuT D3 WaS a DeCENT GaMEEE!!!” you would get reported and banned for trolling, now only d3 fanbois left so at least you can type this nonsense.
Btw i wonder will they count as “sales” those players who actually playing throught gamepass.
I am more than 100% sure that at some point blizzard just realized that they can’t make any decent ARPG, cuz they used D3 core from the beginning and D3 way is the only way for this game to be at least playable. Still trash, but playable for 10h per season.

Well my man, you just said it all: you need to move on. And I wish you the best. I am pretty sure you will find a game to grind with a new perspective.
Being around since D1 is a very cool thing, but it is obvius that after more than 20 years playing you are getting bored in a couple of hours.
- I don’t feel like a victim, lol.
- No one asked to transform D4 into D3. Not even D3 players.
- Players wanted a good game.

Aye homie when theres news that there wont be a new expansion in the next year because the game failed… ima come back to this forum and straight up type LOL all over the forum. As of right now i wont post again until there is news the game is officially maintenance mode

Considering the expansion has next to 0 hype, less than a month before release it’s going to be very interesting to see how it’s going to be received.
Rod already backtracked on the annual release schedule for the expansions, lol.

Yep, I point this out from time to time as well - Several of my family members, including myself, played WoW at the time D3 came out. We signed up for a year to not only get a “Tyrael Mount” but a free copy of D3. Only thing me and a lot of others paid for in D3 was the expansion.
