This 2H weapon, not only quite useless, but also has less base intelligence than a regular 2H weapon. I feel as if this is an oversight.

The effect reads:
“Your Darkness skills Chill enemies for up to 100% and deal 100–200% increased damage to Frozen enemies and Bosses. Every 800 times you deal damage with Darkness skills, all nearby enemies are Feared for 0.25 seconds before being Frozen for 3 seconds.”
Let’s break that down:
“Every 800 times you deal damage?” That’s a huge number for such a small effect.
The 100–200% damage bonus only applies to Frozen enemies, which means it’s active in a very narrow window.
Meanwhile, Chilled enemies — who make up most of the uptime — get no bonus at all.
Suggested Improvements:
Instead of a clunky passive that rarely matters, how about:
Your Darkness skills Chill enemies up to 100% and deal +100%-130% increased damage to Chilled enemies, rewarding consistent uptime and smoother gameplay.
Chilled enemies have a 5–12% chance to be Frozen on hit, scaling with Lucky Hit Chance.
Frozen enemies explode on death, dealing xxx Shadow damage to nearby enemies.
Or even better:
Frozen enemies implode on death, pulling in nearby enemies and making them more Vulnerable to Shadow/Darkness damage for a few seconds.
That way, the weapon:
Rewards smart crowd control
Feels thematic and impactful
Scales with Lucky Hit and synergizes with Darkness builds properly
